Learn
the magical form of on-camera acting in this popular class for
commercials, TV and film. Students perform actual scripts, are filmed,
then watch the results with constructive direction during every class.
The class will focus on the difference
between stage and film acting, the 3 forms of on-camera auditioning,
understanding the “business”, how to handle nerves, script break down,
memorization techniques, how to hold a script, body language, how to “be
yourself”, how to practice at home, how to improve your audition to
beat the competition, what to do when you get cast and what to expect on
a set.
Each student’s confidence will grow as
they learn how to adjust their performance for the camera, better
understand the business and how to get an agent in Arizona! Students
will share what they learned the last day of class, and instructions
given to parents on how to help their child get an agent. This is the
