Flutter at the Fountain 2024

One of Arizona’s most beautiful fundraisers, Flutter at the Fountain, is expanding to a three-day event. The 2024 event will take place April 12-14 in a half-acre fenced campus within Fountain Park. In addition to the traditional butterfly art, this year’s celebration showcases several new features, including Family Discovery Day, the inaugural Fountain Foodie fest, and limited-edition roadrunner sculptures.

2024 signature events include:

• DONOR AND SPONSOR LUNCHEON (Friday, April 12) honoring the “hometown heroes” who keep Fountain Hills nonprofit organizations running smoothly.
• FAMILY DISCOVERY DAY (Saturday, April 13), with activities for families and kids of all ages, including activities, sports, clubs, and academic opportunities available in the Fountain Hills community.
• THE HEROES BALL ANNUAL GALA (Saturday, April 13), emceed by actor and businessman, Patrick Russo. Artist and musician, Rich Leonard, will open the festivities by playing the Star Spangled Banner on the “Les Paul,” the butterfly guitar he created for Flutter ’24. Guests will treated to dinner courtesy of local chefs and restaurants competing in the first annual Fountain Foodie Fest, where they can vote for their favorites in several different categories.

Other events include:

• FHCCA 2024 ANNUAL MEETING (Friday, April 12) The public is invited to attend. The $50 ticket includes dinner by Batchelor’s Pad BBQ and entertainment by Lisa Thee Oracle Hightower. Wine and soft drinks provided.
• STARGAZING & STAR STORIES (Friday, April 12) with Vicky Derksen. Revel in a stargazing experience in the heart of Fountain Hills with the iconic fountain as a backdrop.
• HUMAN HISTORY OF FOUR PEAKS (Friday, April 12). Encore for More presents speaker John Mack who will examine the differing meanings that waves of settlers have attached to the Peaks in his presentation.
