Who: Outdoor enthusiasts, families, philanthropists, and anyone passionate about supporting community-based causes.
What: Join Phoenix nonprofit, St. Joseph the Worker (The Worker), for a meaningful morning of hiking, connection, and scenic views at McDowell Mountain Regional Park. This annual fundraiser supports The Worker’s mission to help individuals achieve self-sufficiency through quality employment, life-skills training, and pathways to stable housing.
Participants can choose between a 1.5-mile accessible hike or a more challenging 4.5-mile route. The morning includes T-shirt distribution, coffee and light breakfast items, announcements, prizes, and a post-hike celebration with breakfast burritos. Sponsorship packages, vendor opportunities, and in-kind donations are available.

Parking is free for event participants—just let the gate attendant know you’re attending Hike for Hope and follow event signage.
