What is a Free Speech Zone?

The Town of Fountain Hills welcomes individuals and organizations who wish to engage in expressive activity during Town-sponsored events. To support First Amendment rights while maintaining safe pedestrian access, emergency routes, vendor operations, and the overall event experience, the Town has designated Free Speech Zones at special events. These areas provide convenient locations for informational tables, literature distribution, petition signature gathering, charitable outreach, and other expressive activities.
