Kick Off the New Year Hike - Golden Eagle to Dixie Mine, Coachwhip, Bell Pass, Prospector Loop

This is an 11 mile moderate-paced difficult hike designed to work off some of those calories you've been collecting over the holidays! This challenging loop goes through both the McDowell Mountain Regional Park and the Scottsdale McDowell Sonoran Preserve.

$2 entrance fee to the regional park. Bring 3 liters of water, snacks and lunch; wear a hat and sturdy boots. Hiking poles recommended. No dogs please.
